I called Derek from Controlled Electric to come out to discuss ideas for a backup generator. He recommended purchasing a portable 6000w generator. His crew came out and installed the wiring for a generator panel. Now if power goes out, I simply start my generator and switch over the proper breaker and my heat, tv’s and lighting come back on. I highly recommend Controlled Electric.
