During the ice storm, our service mast came down. The utility told us we had to find a licensed contractor to repair the mast before they would turn power back on. We called around, and most contractors wanted to charges us a fortune, and wouldn’t be able to help us for a number of days. We called Controlled, and they had us powered again the next day.
